The combination of ripe plums and juicy pears creates an incredibly delicious jam with a slight sourness. This is an excellent source of nutrients, as well as a great way to preserve the harvest for a long time. If desired, add your favorite spices, like cinnamon, towards the end.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plums and the middle of the pears.

Randomly chop the fruit, add water and sugar, and bring to a boil.

Boil for 15 minutes and grind the mass with a blender or grind through a sieve.

Add spices and cook the jam for another half hour on low heat.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
