Ingredients

  • Green peas - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the peas for 5 minutes in boiling water, put them in a colander and rinse.

Put the peas in jars scalded with boiling water. Pour boiling water over it.

Close the lids, leave for 10 minutes and drain this water.

Boil it again with salt and sugar, add citric acid and pour the peas again.

Roll up the billet for the winter.
