Delicious compote for the winter can be made from any fruit. For example, such an option from apricots will not leave anyone indifferent. I prefer to disassemble them into halves and remove the bones, because this way the drink turns out even more saturated.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 800 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves, remove the seeds and put them in sterilized jars.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice and boil again.
Pour the apricots again and roll up the jars.
