Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
- Water - 2 glasses
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Apples - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the blackberries in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and put them in a colander.
Cook the syrup from 500 g of sugar and 2 cups of water.
Lower the blackberries there, boil for 5 minutes and let cool completely.
Separately cut the peeled apples into cubes, boil them for 6-8 minutes too and throw them into a colander.
Bring the blackberries to a boil, add the remaining sugar and boil until dissolved.
Add apples, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Bring the jam to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.
Let it cool completely again, then boil for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
