A lot of things are made from figs, including jam. Personally, I prefer to cook it using the five-minute technology. This way the maximum taste and benefits are preserved, nothing is boiled into porridge, and it's just delicious.
Ingredients
- Figs - 1.2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and randomly chop the figs.
Add water and sugar, and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the workpiece from the heat for 3-4 hours and cook for another 5 minutes.
Repeat the previous step and then roll the jam into sterile jars.
