Ingredients
- Grapes (sour) – 700 g
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the grapes, put them in a clean jar and pour boiling water over them.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and boil it again.
Pour sugar into the jar and pour boiling water.
Roll up the compote with a lid.
