On the one hand, cooking jam for five minutes takes a lot of time due to the fact that the workpiece must cool down during breaks. On the other hand, it is the simplest technology that does not require any effort and skills at all. I share my favorite recipe of gooseberries and black currants.

Sort out the berry, remove the tails and debris, and cover with sugar.

Leave it for a couple of hours.

Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.

And so again.

Boil the jam for the third time for 5 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
