Ingredients
- Rhubarb - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the rhubarb into cubes, add water and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Boil for 10 minutes on low heat, remove from the stove and let cool.
Repeat the previous step.
And bring the jam to a boil for the third time, add citric acid and roll it into sterile jars.
