Cut the quince into slices or slices, and put it in the bowl of a slow cooker in layers, sprinkling with sugar.

Cover the last layer with sugar, too, and leave the whole billet overnight.

Mix and pour in a little water if necessary.

Start the "Quenching" mode for half an hour. Cook with the lid open.

Cool the workpiece and start "Quenching" for another 15 minutes. Depending on the desired consistency, you can repeat this step twice.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
