Speaking of simple, affordable, but very tasty winter preparations, I would like to mention pickled radish separately. Of all the dozens of ways to cook it, today I will share with you a recipe that has become a favorite in my family.

Ingredients

  • Radish - 1 kg
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the radish or slice it thinly.

Mix with sugar and salt, you can add turmeric or other spices.

Tamp it into a saucepan and put the oppression.

Leave the radish to ferment for three days, put it in sterile jars and store it in a cold place.
