More than ordinary pickled cabbage, I like to cook only red cabbage. Just look at how bright and impressive it looks in jars! The mood rises already from one kind, and what to cook about the taste!

Ingredients

  • Red cabbage - 1.5 kg
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the cabbage, chop the carrots and garlic, and put everything in sterile jars.

Mix and bring all the other ingredients to a boil.

Pour the marinade over the vegetables and sterilize the jars in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

Roll up the cabbage for the winter.
