Put cinnamon sticks and washed and sliced pears in sterile jars.
Boil water with sugar and pour over the pears. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Drain the water back into the pan and repeat the last step again.
Drain and boil the water again, add the juice of one lemon, pour over the pears and roll up.
