In summer, greenery is sold for pennies, besides, many people have it growing in the country. I advise you to take advantage of the moment and cook parsley sauce for the winter. Green seasoning perfectly complements pasta, potato dishes, meat and fish.
Ingredients
- Parsley - 300 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Olive oil - 200 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Peppers mixture - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the parsley, chop it and place it in the bowl of a blender.
Add the peeled garlic cloves, salt and a mixture of peppers ground in a mortar.
Pour in half the oil and grind until smooth.
Add vinegar, remaining oil and mix well.
Arrange the sauce in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
