Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes, rinse and put them on a towel to dry.
Mash the dry berries with a pusher and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with liquid honey.
Spread out in clean, dry jars and roll up.
