Step-by-step cooking recipe

Lower the chokeberry into boiling water for 5-7 minutes and put it in a colander.

Boil 500 ml of water with sugar, and boil the syrup until smooth.

Put the berries in it and boil for 15 minutes.

Let the billet cool completely, add the cinnamon and cook for another 20 minutes.

Roll the chokeberry jam into sterile jars.
