There are always a lot of vegetable preparations in my pantry. Every year I try something new to make the winter menu more diverse. Last year I cooked pickled cucumbers with bell pepper. The experiment was a success, so I can share the recipe with you.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the bell pepper in half, peel the seeds and stalks, chop.

Put spices, crushed garlic, cucumbers and bell peppers in jars.

Pour boiling water to the top and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, citric acid and bring to a boil again.

Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll up and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
