One of the main problems of mushroom pickers is what to do if the catch was very successful. After all, mushrooms are well, but not indefinitely stored. Some can be dried or frozen. But I advise you to marinate the rest for the winter with vinegar. I'm telling you on the example of a raw tooth!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the raw teeth with cold water and leave for 5-6 hours.

Rinse, sort, fill with clean water and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes and rinse the mushrooms.

Mix a liter of water, salt, sugar and spices, and also bring to a boil.

Pour in the vinegar and boil for 2 minutes.

Put the cheese into the marinade and cook for another 15 minutes.

Roll them up in sterile jars for the winter.
