Vitamins are sorely lacking in winter, and vitamin C is especially valuable for immunity. It is found in large quantities in black currants, and in addition to it – also in oranges. I suggest combining both ingredients in one thick and fragrant jam.

Go through the currants, randomly slice the oranges, cover everything with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Let cool and boil for another 5 minutes.

Beat everything with a blender and boil for another 7-10 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
