I tell you how to quickly and easily cook a delicious vegetable soup with dried peas. The secret is not only in the composition, but also in the cutting of ingredients. I advise you to chop all the vegetables in the same small cube.
Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 200 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Brussels sprouts - 150 g
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Water - 2 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance, fill it with water and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped smoked meats and cook for another 20.
Cut all the vegetables into cubes and finely disassemble the broccoli.
Put potatoes, carrots and onions in a saucepan, and after 7 minutes the rest of the vegetables.
Season to taste and cook everything together until the ingredients are ready.
