Have you ever tried adding cocoa to jam? Oddly enough, it fits very harmoniously into sour jam, for example, from thorn. The main thing is to take cocoa powder, not instant drink. And preferably with a high percentage.
Ingredients
- Turn - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the thorn with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Grind the workpiece through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Add cocoa and vanilla sugar, and boil the jam for 30-40 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
