Excellent preparations for the winter are obtained from literally any vegetables, fruits and root crops. A little imagination is enough – and now a full-fledged snack is ready. I share a proven recipe for jerusalem artichoke salad, and you can supplement it to taste.
Ingredients
- Jerusalem Artichoke - 300 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Salt - 5 g
- Sugar - 5 g
- Wine vinegar - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the jerusalem artichoke and chop the onion and herbs.
Put it in a sterile jar, and add all the other ingredients.
Fill the billet with boiling water and sterilize the jar for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
