A traditional Russian dish is prepared in every home. To facilitate and speed up this process, stock up on vegetable semi-finished products for the winter. A great option would be a hodgepodge with mushrooms, cabbage and tomato paste. With its help, the soup is cooked in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1,5 kg
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Black pepper - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 50 g
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Pour in the mushrooms and cook until excess moisture evaporates.
Add cabbage, spices, sugar, salt and water mixed with tomato paste.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and close in the prepared jars.
