Every summer my friends and I go to the forest to collect cranberries. I'm trying to make more supplies out of it for the winter. I dry, freeze, cook jams and jams. And in our family, everyone loves cranberry jam with cinnamon and cloves. I'm sharing the recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 2 kg
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Carnation - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the cranberries with sugar and put them aside for 1 hour.
Add water, cinnamon, cloves and boil for 10 minutes.
Add citric acid, boil for another 5 minutes and roll up.
