Ingredients
- Tangerines (sour) – 2 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Water - 350 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the tangerines with boiling water, peel and disassemble into slices.
Chop the tangerines in a blender or finely chop them.
Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the tangerine billet and boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Arrange the jam in clean, dry jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
