Ingredients
- Turn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 350 g
- Water (cleaned) – 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add blackthorn and sugar.
Boil for 10 minutes and strain into a separate saucepan.
Bring the compote to a boil again, pour it into clean, dry jars and roll it up.
