Solyanka with beans and cabbage for the winter in cans

To make the cabbage soup more satisfying and tastier, I prefer to add beans to it. Any one will do – white, red, black, it doesn't matter. Such a preparation is not just an appetizer, but a full–fledged independent dish, so this is a great time saver in the future.
Ingredients
- Beans - 150 g
- Cabbage - 1.5 kg
- Onion - 250 g
- Carrots - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Tomato juice - 1 glass
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil until half cooked.
Chop the onion and carrot. Fry in oil for 5-7 minutes.
Add tomato juice, salt and sugar, and boil until boiling.
Add chopped cabbage and beans, and simmer the hodgepodge for 40-50 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and roll up the hodgepodge for the winter in sterilized jars.
