Delicious adjika is obtained not only from vegetables, but also from fruits. This time I propose to cook from ripe fragrant plums. In the best traditions of Georgian and Caucasian cuisines. This snack will not leave anyone indifferent. And it will also make a great sauce.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Hops-suneli - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the bones from the drains.
Randomly slice plums, tomatoes and greens. Add all the other ingredients.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Grind the adjika with a blender and boil for another 3-4 minutes after boiling.
Pour it into clean, dry jars and store it in a cold place.
