- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 180 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Almond flour - 50 g
- Blueberries - 200 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the egg and sugar into a foam, add salt.
Add cottage cheese, soft butter and lemon zest, and beat everything with a mixer again.
Add the sifted plain and almond flour, and mix. Add baking powder to the same place.
Gently mix blueberries into the dough and arrange it into molds.
Bake muffins for about 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
