Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 400 g
- Milk - 130 ml
- Water - 70 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
For filling:
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Suluguni - 150 g
- Adyghe cheese - 100 g
- Basil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, water, sugar, salt and yeast. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Add egg and melted butter. Gently enter the flour and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in the heat for an hour.
